#364: Osmosis Goodness.

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a very considerate person. At all.

Despite the best of intentions and conditionings, my first (and often also second and third) instincts are very rarely to think of the other person.

The ambition within me wants to become that generous soul, but the innateness just follows more along the lines of, "How can I turn and take this situation to my benefit?"

I've found what I've done instead is that I've somehow surrounded myself with inherently "good" people.

All the people closest to me have this ability to share that I constantly have to be reminded of.

They inspire me.

Either that or it's just another way for me to feed off of a purer being's generosity.

Whatever the case, I'm thankful to be in their presence.

#363: Rectal Bulimia...

...is a warm banana smoothie before bed and a freshly stocked supply of loo roll in the bathroom.

This could be my magic solution to get rid of this "holiday belly" that I seem to have accumulated over the past month. Or two.

I'm gonna be bigger than that Atkins guy!

...might need to think of a catchier name though.

PROTIP: Warm the milk first, THEN blend it with the untouched bananas. Unless you like your bananas a gooey brown mush.

#362: Colourblind.

It was 3:15pm when I looked up into the sky and all I saw was, gray.

It was 4:00pm when I looked up into the sky and all I saw was, smokey dark gray.

Ir was 8:00pm when I looked up into the sky and all I saw was, smokey orangey dark gray.

Dear Santa 2011, I want my blue skies back.

#361: People. Urgh.

If I can go through life without having to walk through another Bank Holiday Sale again.

I will call that a win.

...though I have a feeling this one aspiration is gonna end in tears.

#360: FutureMe.org

Five years ago, I started using this website to send a bunch of time-delayed emails to myself.

27 minutes ago, I got this one:

Man, the young and stupid me was a such a sap. (O.=)

#358: And So, The Wii-fest Begins.

We might have started a new family tradition on the Lee side...

Surfing mooses with our bums.

#357: I Use What's Given To Me.

My Dad bought the VW Touran in 2004.

Somewhere left or right of 2007 he gave it to my Uncle with around 30,000 miles on the clock.

In the three or four years since my Uncle had the car, he put an extra 3000 miles on the clock (Some advanced mathematical equations tell me that averages around 1000 miles a year).

They lent the car to me last Thursday with about 33000 miles on a six year old car.

In the one week since taking over the keys, I've brought the meter up to 34082 miles.
